How do I return my order? 

If you wish to request a return, please contact us at info@themaisonalia.com with “RETURN” in the subject line and indicate one of the following options: 

  • You would like to organise the return shipment yourself, or 

  • You would like Maison Alia to arrange a pick-up on your behalf 

In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If a pick-up is arranged by Maison Alia, the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

If you choose to return the item using your own courier, please ensure that all customs duties and taxes are fully prepaid. Maison Alia reserves the right to refuse any return shipment that arrives with unpaid customs charges or duties. 

Please note that returned items remain under the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our facilities. 

 

Return conditions 

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original Maison Alia tags attached 

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the order 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging 

Maison Alia reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with the above conditions. 

 

Exchanges 

At this time, exchanges are not available. 

 

Confirmation of return receipt 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. 

Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt at our facilities. 

 

Refund timeline 

Refunds are issued within 30 working days from the date your return is received, provided all return conditions are met. 

Please allow an additional up to 15 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

 

Faulty or damaged items 

Each Maison Alia piece is entirely handmade using traditional craftsmanship, which may result in subtle variations that are part of its unique character. 

However, if you believe your item has a genuine defect, please contact us at info@themaisonalia.com within 14 days of delivery, including: 

  • Clear images of the issue 

  • Your proof of purchase (order number) 

Following review, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
