Shipping policy

With which carriers do you work with? 

We use DHL express for all our deliveries to ensure prompt and fast delivery so that your order arrive at your doorstep as fast as possible.  
 

Order process 

Usual dispatch time is within a 1 to 2 days. Although delays may be encountered during some periods (Christmas, Black Friday...). 

What are your shipping costs? 

Shipping is free of charge for the countries listed above, for the rest of the world we would charge AED 200 given the costs associated with shipping.  
 

Customs and duty taxes 

Our shipping rates exclude taxes and duties and all orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). 

International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties upon delivery. This charge is normally determined by your local customs authority. 
 

There are no taxes and custom duties for UAE orders. 

What is the delivery time? 

The delivery time varies and ranges between 2 to 4 working days, depending on your country. You will be notified with an estimated delivery date once the shipment has been arranged.
