All Maison Alia products are entirely handcrafted, and most of our pieces are created as one-of-a-kind designs. 

Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, slight variations in embroidery, texture, color, measurements, or finish may occur. These variations are not defects, but an inherent part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each handcrafted piece. 

We make every effort to accurately present our products online; however, colors and details may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and device configuration. 

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Maison Alia reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. 

An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. 

Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, orders cannot be modified or canceled once accepted, unless otherwise stated. 

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy [LINK]. 

Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Because our pieces are handcrafted, some orders may require additional processing time.

Maison Alia is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Maison Alia.
